Career Specialties

Addie Carothers oversees Wellness Services through a strategic lens, ensuring that initiatives align with institutional goals and support holistic student success. Through collaboration with both on- and off-campus stakeholders, she implements a multidisciplinary approach to wellness that addresses the needs of the campus community. Her work focuses on educating and empowering individuals across eight key areas of wellness, promoting a culture of well-being throughout the campus. In addition to her role in Wellness Services, she serves on the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Leadership Team and holds the position of marketing chair, contributing to the development and communication of SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ Cares.

Professional and Community Activities

Carothers is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach.
