Ilena Bain is the Manager of Employer Development and Partnerships at The University of Tampa. She works to build meaningful connections between employers, students, faculty and academic programs, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships that lead to internships, career opportunities and real-world learning experiences. Her interests include employer engagement, workforce readiness, experiential learning and developing innovative ways for industry and higher education to work together. Bain earned a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½.
